From a Single Office to a Trusted Institution

Oweru was founded in 2016 in Dar es Salaam with a simple belief: that every Tanzanian deserves access to honest, expert guidance when buying, selling, or building property. What started as a boutique real estate consultancy has grown into a full-spectrum property group, combining real estate brokerage with a thriving hardware and construction supply division.
