About This Product
Own land you can trust. Build a future you can see.
At Oweru we sell plots, ready houses, and commercial properties across Tanzania's fastest-growing locations — from Dar es Salaam's expanding suburbs to emerging regional hubs. Before any listing reaches you, we trace the ownership chain, confirm the documents against the issuing authority, and check for competing claims. What we find, we publish.
• Residential Plots — Land for building, in prime and up-and-coming neighbourhoods.
• Ready Houses — Move-in ready homes for families, professionals, and diaspora buyers.
• Commercial Properties — Retail, offices, warehouses, and mixed-use developments.
"Buy with certainty. Build with Oweru".
Know what you are buying
Land in Tanzania is held in more than one way, and the difference affects price and risk. Every listing states its status.
• Titled — Surveyed and registered under a Certificate of Right of Occupancy. The strongest form of ownership, and the one banks accept as security.
• Documented and verified — Held on a sale agreement witnessed by the Village Council or Mtaa leadership with the ownership chain confirmed by Oweru. Lower entry price, not yet surveyed or titled.
-Every plot that is not yet titled comes with a route to title. Before you buy, our documentation and compliance team can tell you what survey and registration would involve for that plot, what it would cost, and how long it usually takes.
-Two ways to buy: within one of Oweru’s own land projects, or an individual plot or house sourced and verified through our brokerage.
